MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc. announced today (10/20/09) it has finalized its merger with CG Holdings Limited, a European-based holding company for the DubLi companies. DubLi has become a worldwide online trading firm and will now become one of MediaNet’s wholly-owned subsidiaries. The board of directors at MediaNet will now be controlled by DubLi-nominated directors and the DubLi Chief Executive board will assume similar positions within MediaNet.
